I’m a mature, articulate, amicable, trustworthy, considerate, energetic, 5’7, 195lb African American gentleman.
Instead of going further in-depth into my great personality, beyond being open-minded, I’m open to change, etc. As far as my character. . . I’ll be willing to introduce that to you once I have been given the privilege to correspond with you.
I enjoy playing basketball and lifting weights among other things. My relaxation consists of istening to and enjoying a variety of music, reading and movies. Those activities allow me to (mentally) escape from behind these walls.
I am prepared to make a successful transition back into the community and contribute to society. I understand it is very important to have a solid foundation through support groups and to utilize good coping skills.
I believe that even though I have been incarcerated for the past 18 years, I retain the ability to function in today’s society. I now have the knowledge and ability to conform to society’s expectations. I am older, much more mature, wiser and better educated.
Friendship is the forefront of my thoughts and a very important aspect of my life today. I am interested in communicating with a lady over 21, leading a healthy and goal orientated life. I am looking for a female who is built on honesty and trust, and is willing to share emotional stability.
I pledge to only develop a correspondence with a woman who understands and respects a healthy friendship philosophy. . . not made from manipulation or deceit.
