The percentage of wrongly convicted men and women in the U.S.A is higher than the general public realizes! The desire and primary aim of many court prosecutors is to get a “conviction at all costs” even at the expense of the innocent!
One such case was the trial of “Shabazz Mohammad”, who was unfairly convicted many years ago. Many of the tactics utilized are not allowed by law- were permitted in direct violation of public policy and established law were in fact used by the District Attorney, to obtain an unjust conviction!
Shabazz Mohammad’s defense Fund is seeking your aid and assistance to gain his freedom in the following areas:.
1. Post conviction experts needed to get a re-trial.
2. Donations needed to hire an attorney/private investigator.
3. Law students needed to take on the case as a project.
