MAN WRONGFULLY CONVICTED IN
THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA
SUPERIOR COURT HOUSE

Jasper Dockery was dragged from his home in Brooklyn, New York, on February 6, 1996, by numerous FBI agents, including N.T., several New York City Police Officers, and two Washington, D.C. Police Officers, P.R. and P.Y.  He was arrested on trumped up charges of murder. . .  without probable cause. 

The evidence and record shows that P.R. and P.Y. subsequently fabricated evidence against Dockery resulting in fraudulent warrants and indictments.  Detectives P.R., P.Y. and Prosecutor K.K. *** paid witnesses money, some of them used the D.C. Governmental voucher-money to buy *** drug crack cocaine in exchange for their false testimony during the Dockery trial in a D.C. Superior Court trial by Judge M.A. who (acquiescence) imply consent to their act.  They made deals with confessed murderer to link Dockery with murder of those who confessed to the crime for reduced prison sentences from “Life Without Parole to Five Years” in *** exchange for their false testimony against Dockery.

The record and evidence shows that FBI Agent N.T. ,based in New York City, submitted false affidavit and testified in Brooklyn Federal Court under oath before Judge L. on February 7, 1996, resulting in Dockery’s removal from New York for trial in Washington, D.C. . . . N.T.’s affidavit states on or about January 8, 1996, an arrest warrant base upon an indictment was issued in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia for Dockery’s arrest.  His affidavit was the cause for Dockery removal from New York to Washington, D.C., but upon Dockery’s arrival in Washington, D.C. he was taken to a different jurisdiction in Superior Court by P.Y., P.R., and K.K. on trumped up charges of murder before Judge M.A..

In 1998 FBI Agent N.T. and Washington, D.C. Superior Court prosecutor K.K. submitted a second set of false affidavits to Judge R. and Magistrate M., whose (acquiescence) consent to their action , in a Civil Rights lawsuit file by Dockery currently pending in Brooklyn Federal Court dragging for 8 years without Dockery having attorney.  The Judges granted them summary Judgment of their motion of false affidavits.  K.K. and N.T. testified falsely that they have had warrants and observed warrants and indictment in the NCIC computer database, but the NCIC computer database shows NO such warrants or indictment had ever existed proving their affidavit *** false. 

Dockery was then victimized by prosecutor K.K., whose misconduct and Court House propaganda falsely accused Dockery of being a drug dealer.  This evidence *** shows that in the absence of probable cause, K.K. used bogus documents at Dockery’s trial, and arranged for witnesses to testified falsely against Dockery by removing a female prisoner from D.C. Jail to prosecutors’ Building 555 in Washington D.C. and proposed sexual favors with her and a male prisoner who was held in D.C. Jail at the time in exchange for her false testimony against Dockery.

In maintaining his innocence, Dockery emphasizes that K.K. failed to furnish any credible evidence to support his suggestion that Dockery was a drug dealer.  Among tangible evidence missing were any prior history of drug involvement with crack cocaine, any videotape, marked money or photographs of any drug transactions.  The evidence does show that his conviction was obtained by the scheme of unscrupulous tactics – at any cost compare with those of (Abu Ghraib) prison scandal, they use mock jurors who were prejudice -no matter how invalid, and that this prosecutorial practice is routine in Washnington, D.C. Superior Court.

Dockery is appealing to attorneys, to fair-minded people throughout the United States, the American Civil Liberties Union, University Law School professors and students, civil rights organizationss, and to individual or organizations in the international communities to assist and exonerate him by examining the deceptive evidence and the *** sorry history of his case, enabling him to gain release.  He has been unfairly imprisoned for ten (10) years compare with those who have complained that they were wrongly incarcerated in “Abu Ghraib” prison.
