PLEASE!  I need your help.

I am currently approaching the end of my 16 year sentence which expires in September 2009.

I am seeking help in a DESPERATE plea to gain relief from the retaliation and reprisal, the cruel and unusual and corporal punishments that have been inflicted upon me following the first complaint I filed against a correctional officer assaulting me while I was in restraints, in March of 2000.

I was immediately met with threats to withdraw my complaint or face false prosecution.  I did not withdraw my complaint and reported the threat only to be met with more retaliation.

These criminal acts of misconduct include assaults on me and false reports to cover up these assaults leading to several years in segregation.  Also inflicted upon me are several human rights and civil rights violations including refusing to feed me, housing me in strip cells or solitary management cells based on false management restrictions designed to portray me as the cause of this abuse.

The mental health system was also used as punishment and as an attempt to discredit my reports of abuse.  Threats against my person, assaults on me, and more false reports made on me after reporting this abuse to the warden of CCI.  I have attempted to report this to the warden, the US Justice Department, Internal Affairs, the Grand Jury, and I've used the futile inmate appeal system to no avail.

These people will lie and do anything in their power to cover up their misconduct. 

I was recently transferred from Tehachapi SP SHU, where these problems originated to Corcoran SHU where I was immediately met with retaliation for my attempts to report the abuse at Tehachapi.  Despite all of my attempts to have this abuse investigated by an outside source, nothing seems to work, and the abuse continues.

Since my arrival here on 03/24/03, I have been threatened, had a false report filed on me, had my legal material lost or thrown away, had my legal mail illegally opened, and am confronted with constant attempts by staff to incite and provoke violence on a daily basis.

This is only a brief description of what has been happening to me since 2000.

I am desperately seeking help to gain relief and expose this abuse to the media, and I believe a federal investigation is in order.  I have made the wardens of both CSP SHU and CCI SHU aware of the abuse.
