:PETITION TO GOVERNOR OF OKLAHOMA:

We, the below, state and federal tax-payers herewith PETITION the governor of Oklahoma to PARDON or  PAROLE Robert Cotner, #93780, and further state that:

We understand Mr. Cotner was sentenced to LIFE for possession of less than $80.00 worth of marijuana FROM 15 miles away; LIFE for not having a $25.00 TAX STAMP; LIFE for the possession of less than $40.00 worth of methaphimine FROM 15 miles away; LIFE for the use BY POSSESSION OF A NON-WORKING, WALL DECORATION FIREARM REPLICA FROM 15 miles away, and TWENTY (20) years for manufacturing a replica of a 20 year old, expired non-photo drivers license.

We understand AS retaliation the sentencing judge ran ALL sentences back to back.

We understand that under the 1997 Oklahoma Truth-In-Sentencing Law, EACH of Mr. Cotner's sentences could NOT exceed twelve (12) months, and he has already served over ten (10) years, day for day,  at a cost to tax-payers of over $350,000.00 ($35,000.00 per year) for his NON-VIOLENT crimes of less than $100 in value or harm.

We understand that AFTER Mr. Cotner's trial, the POLICE officer who testified against him CONFESSED to perjury, falsifying evidence, destroying evidence, and other crimes in Mr. Cotner's case, AND 31 other cases, and the officer only got fifteen(15) years with twelve (12) suspended, AND was paroled after six (6) months time.

We understand forty-five (45) months ago witnesses came forward to testify that police had suppressed a police informants confession and other evidence that cleared Mr. Cotner of ALL charges, AND police were overheard telling members of the jury that Mr. Cotner would only serve seven (7) years of a life sentence, AND the criminal charges would be dropped for some of the jury member's family, IF they would find Mr. Cotner guilty and give him life.

We understand that forty-five (45) months ago Mr. Cotner filed a post-conviction, and under state court rules 4.e, 10 and 16, and title 12 §  2012, the District Attorney CONFESSED that Robert Cotner WAS denied a fair trial, AND IS factually, actually, and lawfully innocent.

We BELOW signed tax-payers resent having to pay over $350,000.00 to house Mr. Cotner, AN INNOCENT MAN, in prison ONLY BECAUSE a judge refuses to release him WITHOUT him having an attorney,  AND ALL hereby request the Oklahoma State Governor PARDON  or PAROLE Mr. Cotner without any further delay.
